What do you do?

Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
Great Question. Because we’re not agents, so we don’t list houses. We are professional homebuyers. We buy houses in Ontario that meet our buying criteria. We schedule one walkthrough to assess your property. From there we may repair the house and resell it to another homeowner or keep it as a rental ourselves.
Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A lot of the houses we buy are below market value (we do this so we can resell it once we perform repairs). we are looking to get a fair discount on a property depending on the condition. In our experience, our clients appreciate that we can offer cash, flexible closing, and no time, effort, or expense is required on your part of fix up the property or pay realtor fees. How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
This is an important question and we are transparent with our pricing. We look at where your property is located, what repairs are needed, the current condition, and values of comparable houses sold in the recently. As you know, house values continue to fluctuate but we take many pieces of information into consideration and come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too. So, if you want to sell your home fast in Ontario, then we buy your house in “as-is” condition.
What happens after I request an offer?
As soon as you submit your request we will run a comparable sale analysis to determine home prices around your address. Within a few minutes, one of our local professionals will contact you with a preliminary offer. During the conversation, we might ask you additional questions about your property and your selling preferences. Finally, we will set up an appointment for an in-person or virtual walkthrough of your home.
